FAQ'S about the program
Why the free shipping to me? Well, we don't have a brick and mortar store for you to just come and pick them up and drop off. So we thought "well if we pay half for the shipping everybody is happy".
I've heard that Newborn's create alot of stains? Yes they do. Yellow ones in fact. While we would like you to take good care of our diapers fretting about trying to get the stains out will only consume you. This could take away from you fully enjoying our diapers with your newborn baby in them. This could also put unnecessary wear on them with you trying to scrub or soak in a detergent not reccommend for diapers. We'll do the 'dirty work' when we get them back.
Is this sanitary? It is no different then using that hospital gown or the bedding on your hostpital bed. Your diapers will have been treated in a high temperature washing machine before being released to you. If a stain will not come out it won't be put in rotation and could be sold at a tremendous mark down later.
What if I damage a Diaper? If your dog eats it or it gets stuck in your washing machine, you will have to pay for that diaper at retail price. But if thread comes unraveled or a snap is broken then that is classified as wear and tear. 'Staining is not classified as Damage' it's just wear and tear. (We have not yet seen a washer eat a diaper yet either
)
How long are the Diapers in use? They are in use between 6-8 times. Because we have so many in the package they will get used less so they can stay in rotation longer. Some will be pulled earlier then others and you will get some newer then others. They will not be at the end of their life in any order because we want you to get a great feel for our diapers.
What happens to the Diapers after they're pulled? We will either sell them at a great discount or will be donated to a teen/young womens shelter.
What if my baby grows out of the Diapers before my 90 days? This is why renting them saves you money. The timeline will be close, but if baby grows really fast and you have many days left email us and we'll work something out.
What if my baby is over due or is in the NCIU and I can't use the diapers? We are Mom's first and understand nothing goes as planned! Email us or call, tell us your situation and we'll go from there.
